Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul is joining colleagues from 21 other states urging the United States Trade Representative to drop President Trump’s latest efforts to get around a US Supreme Court ruling that had struck down many of his global trade tariffs. As it stands, many Wisconsin small businesses are still holding the bag for last year’s tariffs that led to more than $3 billion in higher prices for businesses and consumers.
