President Donald Trump says ICE needs a massive national presence to arrest “the worst of the worst:” undocumented immigrants who commit crimes.
The truth on the ground has fallen far short of that promise, says Wisconsin Lt. Gov. Sara Rodriguez. She wants limits in place to protect Americans from ICE and the violence and terror it has brought to American cities.
