Ellie here. We’ve been talking a lot about Old Fashioneds this week, and some of our readers had some more thoughts on the topic:

“The Fork in the Road in Mukwonago makes a peanut butter old fashioned with peanut butter screwball whiskey. I love brandy old fashioned sweet but this is my new favorite.” — Tammy J.

“Regarding Old Fashioned recipes, but certainly not one I enjoy.  I could always tell when my wife’s cousin Ronny was in the restaurant where I bartended.  He was the only one that ordered a Scotch Old Fashioned with milk!” — Karl H.

A peanut butter Old Fashioned I could see, but with milk? I know we’re in the Dairy State, but that’s just too far.
