Democrat Brad Smith is challenging Republican US Rep. Glenn Grothman in Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District in the eastern part of the state. Smith is a veteran and small business consultant who says he launched his campaign to help his community push back against the excesses and division of the Trump administration.
