It’s still the Gulf of Mexico. And now, it’s also a beer!
Wisconsin’s Minocqua Brewing Company just announced its newest brew — “Gulf of Mexico” Mexican Lager.
Here’s the description on the back of each can ⤵️
On January 20th, 2025, America’s twice impeached convicted felon signed an executive order that changed the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America.
Yes, by forgetting to reserve his only family brain cell that day*, our lobotomized swamp donkey of a President unilaterally erased 5 centuries of geographic history.
Regardless of what our McDonald’s fart-filled blimp* of a wannabe dictator says, the sane half of America, not our inbred cult of MAGA rock-biters, will always refer to that body of water correctly and with respect to our southern ally.
We created “Gulf of Mexico Mexican Lager” for those in America who still have the courage to stand up to bullies and respect a world order that’s held together by a common belief in democratic ideals and the rule of law.
¡Salud!
“Gulf of Mexico” Mexican Lager is now available in liquor stores across Wisconsin as well as online, along with Minocqua’s entire line of #ProgressiveBrews! Click here to check them out.
