Oconomowoc residents showed up for the No Kings rally on March 28. The rally was one of more than 3,200 events worldwide.
A roundup of ways to get involved ahead of Wisconsin’s Supreme Court election.
More than 80 rallies and protests took place across Wisconsin on No Kings Day this past Saturday, with thousands of demonstrators making their voices heard. Now the attention turns towards what’s next.
Building on this momentum requires continued collective action to protect our democracy and hold our leaders accountable. We do that by staying informed, voting in elections, and engaging in local organizing and advocacy efforts. We keep moving forward, one action at a time.
That’s why each week we bring you the “Do Something” calendar, a roundup of Wisconsin protests, political events, advocacy opportunities, and ways to take action across the state.
This week’s roundup focuses on the April 7 spring election, with debate watch parties, canvass and phonebanking opportunities, and chances to meet the candidates.
