After sprinklers mysteriously came on when people were rallying in front of Rep. Tom Tiffany’s office in Wausau recently, constituents came prepared the next time.
The sprinklers turned on again, but the group of about 60 people turned the rally into a beach party and came prepared in bathing suits, snorkels, beach balls, beach music, umbrellas, and had plastic over their protest signs.
When the water started spraying, they flipped over their signs about Tiffany’s vote in favor of the “Big Ugly Bill” to reveal messages like “You Can’t Drown Our Democracy” and “You Can’t Wash Away Our Rights.” 💦😆
