Wisconsin gubernatorial candidate Francesca Hong is making public school funding central to her campaign message. At the Wisconsin Workers Forum for Governor, Hong laid out her plans to fund healthy school meals for all. She plans to eliminate the manufacturers and agriculture tax credit to secure over $400 million for the new program.
