Candidates are starting to make their closing arguments for the Nov. 3 election and in the 3rd Congressional District, one of those arguments is about whether the incumbent Republican, US Rep. Derrick Van Orden, has made healthcare access better or worse for families in western Wisconsin. Democratic challenger Rebecca Cooke recently addressed how her opponent’s voting record has impacted the district.
