We talked to 3rd District Congressional candidate Rebecca Cooke during a recent visit to La Crosse about US Rep. Derrick Van Orden’s decision to go with an all-attack ad strategy. She said it’s clear to see Van Orden can’t defend his lack of any accomplishments to help fix an ailing economy.
